To secure the band on the requested date we require a deposit to be paid by cheque in advance (normally £100).

We will return an invoice with full contact details including
acknowledgement of the deposit and remaining amount payable. This will also state the services hired.
 
The remaining agreed fee can be paid as follows:
 
1. By cheque 2 weeks prior to the event to allow the amount to clear.

2. By cash on the night of the event.

3. By instalment - whatever you wish to pay on the lead up to the event. Any amount still outstanding to be paid in cash on the night.
 
4. By electronic transfer - ask for the account number for quick easy transfer - no messing with cheques and clearance. This is the preferred method of payment.
 
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances we will repay all payments made including the deposit.
